Hi there
I am going to drive from Chicago to San Francisco with my family this summer and we have rented a mobile home for the four of us. Now, I would like to know which route(s) we should take to make it an unforgettable summer vacation! (We already considered the National Road or going up to the Great North and then going down to Salt Lake city)

I do know this that probably 97% of everything west of minnesota all the way to san fran, is VER VERY rural.

I-80 is easier to drive than I-90, but more traffic
