Debt settlement is commonly confused with debt consolidation and bankruptcy, but it is very different.
- Bankruptcy is filing with the courts and stays on public record forever.
- Debt Consolidation is a loan that you will have to qualify for, and if you don’t have good credit and good debt to income ratio you won’t be able to qualify.
- Debt Settlement is when you are unable to pay the debts back and a settlement is reached to wipe out the debt to get the creditor paid and the client debt free.

Whether you are looking for a cozy cottage in a beachside town, a ranch house in the suburbs or an apartment downtown, California has something to offer. Constantly growing and changing the Golden State is a host to a wide variety of people, and can accommodate almost any lifestyle. The state is known for its vast array of climates, from beaches to deserts, from mountains to farmland.
Southern California’s coastline is renowned for its beautiful beaches and dramatic views, not to mention sunsets worth viewing almost every night. Beach cities range from artsy communities like Laguna Beach to thriving college towns including San Diego to wealthier, more exclusive areas such as Malibu. The deserts are part of Southern California’s crowning glory, with cities like Palm Springs teeming with sapphire pools and well tended golf courses.
Don’t forget the desert sports that go along with that much open space, the spirit of extreme sport is very much alive in the deserts of California.
The Northern part of the state gives host to The San Francisco Bay Area, the redwood forests and the tranquil beauty of wine country. The less arid climate breeds romance with verdant forests and spectacular bay views. The Muir Woods are named after John Muir who said this of them: “This is the best tree-lovers monument that could possibly be found in all the forests of the world.” Known worldwide by the Golden Gate Bridge, the colorful city of San Francisco sits perched by the bay. While Napa Valley’s rolling, vine covered hills are the perfect compliment to wine tasting at any number of wineries open to the public.

Mid-State The Sierra Nevada mountains gave rise to the gold rush in the late 1840’s, and almost as old, Yosemite National Park is a favorite scenic outdoor destination set aside to be protected in the 1890’s. Death Valley, at 282 feet below sea level is the lowest point in the Western Hemisphere and home to more than 3.3 million acres of scenic desert.
